Come Rest in Northern Illinois

Deer Ridge Ministries was founded in 2003. We have had the pleasure of hosting retreats in Northwestern Illinois for several years, leasing various facilities. Now we are hosting retreats at our new 5 acre Freeport, Illinois site! On Sunday, August 8, 2010 the consecration of the property took place. Our first retreat was held the following week! We continue to provide 25-30, 5-day rest and renewal retreats each year for pastors and spouses as a gift. Retreats are now scheduled through April, 2012. Go to our Registration Page to see available dates.

Schedule & Study Path

Pastors and spouses are encouraged to arrive Sunday evenings after 4:00 p.m. to familiarize them with the property. Retreats end at 10:00 a.m. on the following Friday.
