Please note: Those who have not already participated in a Deer Ridge Ministries retreat will be given selection preference in the case of near full venues.

REGISTRATION DEPOSIT POLICY, effective 1/1/11:  All confirmed retreat registrations will require a $100.00 registration holding deposit, to be included when returning the Statement of Faith and Release form in the Registration Confirmation Packet. Invited guests can either download a Registration Packet from our Web site, or one will be sent. Any confirmed guests canceling a reservation within 30 days of the scheduled retreat will forfeit the registration holding fee. A forfeited deposit will be considered a contribution to Deer Ridge Ministries. All registered guests who have submitted a $100.00 registration holding fee will receive a $100.00 registration refund upon arrival for their scheduled retreat.
 
This policy has been necessary due to some registered guests canceling reservations leaving inadequate time to fill vacate rooms. Our hope and prayer is always to fill every room. It is very difficult to fill vacated space within 30 days of a retreat.

PLEASE NOTE: To help insure the proper maintaining of retreat house furniture, retreat guests must honor a 275 lb. maximum body weight requirement. Our furnishings simply cannot accommodate persons weighing more than 275 pounds. This requirement is noted on the Registration Request form. This policy is effective January 1, 2011.
