About Deer Ridge Ministries

God has called us to provide a needed refuge for pastors and their spouses. We are here to provide a place of peace, refreshment and rest for body and soul at no cost to our guests!

"Contemporary pastors are caught in frightening spiritual and social tornadoes which are now raging through home, church, community and culture. No one knows where the next twister might touch down or what values the storms will destroy. Something has to be done."*
  • 40% of all pastors in the ministry today will not be in ministry 10 years from now.
  • 81% feel that they have insufficient time with their spouse.
  • 70% of all pastors do not have someone they consider a close friend.**

Deer Ridge Ministries was formed to help reduce these troubling statistics, to encourage pastors in full time ministry. We  provide, by faith, excellent retreat facilities where pastors and spouses can rest and enjoy the presence of God without having to worry about any financial obligation.
